Dwayne He was the one who founded Wellspring Church Charlotte NC in 2007, is now the pastor. He serves as a board member for the Acts 29 Network and he acts as the director for Pastoral Care for the network. Dwayne, in addition to being a pastor, is also committed to educating the younger generation. He serves on the Board of Directors of the Biblical Counseling Coalition. He is the writer of numerous online publications as well as co-author in Christ Centered Biblical Counseling: Changing Lives by God's Changeless Word (eds. Kelleman, Viars). Dwayne along with his wife Leslie have three children.
