Felicity Jones, an British actress who is best recognized for her performance as Jane Hawking in The Theory of Everything (a critically well-reviewed film), is one of the most famous British actors. Jones has been working in theatre, film and TV since she was 12 years old. Her first role was in The Treasure Seekers, a film on television. Then in The Worst Witch she played Ethel Hallow. Then came Weirdsistersisters Sisters, a sequel of The Worst Witch. The character she played was Young Ruth as her debut film Flashbacks of a Fool. Then, she appeared in a variety of movies. In films like The Invisible Woman or The Amazing Spider-Man 2 The Amazing Spider-Man 2, she became popular for her performances. However, it was the performance she gave as the wife of Stephen Hawking in The Theory of Everything that brought her an Oscar for the first time. Jones received high praise from viewers and critics alike for portraying Hawking's former wife, in this Stephen Hawking biopic. Inferno is the Tom Hanks-starred thriller. Jones was awarded an award called the British Artist of 2016 award from the British Academy of Film and Television Arts Los Angeles, for her exceptional ability and dedication.
